Can I change plans?: Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Customer Portal. Pro-rated changes happen automatically on your next invoice.
What counts as development time?: Content edits, small feature tweaks, copy changes, image swaps, plugin configuration, bug fixes — anything hands-on-keyboard. Discovery calls and strategy aren't deducted from your minutes.
What if I go over my included minutes?: I'll always ask before starting. Overflow is billed at $70/hr in 30-minute blocks (Standard & Pro) or $80/hr (Lite) as a separate Stripe invoice.
How do I cancel?: One click from the Customer Portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — no surprise charges, no exit fee.
Do unused minutes roll over?: No. The allowance resets each billing cycle to keep things simple on both sides. If you routinely need more, we'll move you up a tier.
Is GST included?: All prices are AUD, exclusive of GST. At my current turnover GST is not applicable, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Can I pay annually?: Yes — annual billing takes 10% off, and you get a single tax invoice instead of 12.
